Job Summary: We are looking for a polite, efficient, and customer-friendly Waiter / Steward to provide excellent food and beverage service to guests. The ideal candidate should ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt service, maintaining cleanliness, and creating a pleasant dining experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests warmly as they arrive. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar. Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally. Set up dining tables with proper utensils, napkins, and condiments. Ensure guest satisfaction by regularly checking on them during service. Handle customer inquiries, special requests, and complaints politely. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area and service stations. Assist in clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests. Follow company service standards and safety procedures. Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely order preparation. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 10th pass or equivalent. Previous experience as a Waiter, Steward, or in customer service (preferred). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tables efficiently. Polite, energetic, and customer-focused attitude. Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays. Preferred: Basic knowledge of food and beverage items. Experience in fine dining, casual dining, hotel, or café settings.
