Job Description: A Waiter/Steward is responsible for providing excellent customer service in restaurants, hotels, or catering settings. They take orders, serve food and beverages, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly and present menus. Take food and beverage orders accurately. Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally. Check with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues. Clear tables and reset them for the next guests. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area. Follow all health and safety regulations. Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service. Skills & Qualifications: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and customer-focused attitude. Basic knowledge of food and beverages. Prior experience in hospitality is an advantage.
