Responsbility... 1. Prepare a variety of soups such as veg clear soup, chicken soup, sweet corn, hot & sour, Manchow, creamy soups, etc. 2.Maintain taste, texture, and presentation standards. 3.Plan and manage daily ingredients and stock for soup section. 4.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times. 5.Work with kitchen staff for smooth food service during peak hours. requirement 1.Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. 2.Expertise in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian soups. 3.Ability to follow recipes and innovate new soup dishes. 4.Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
