Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook authentic North Indian dishes (curries, breads, tandoori items, biryanis, etc.) Prepare and cook popular Chinese and Indo-Chinese dishes (fried rice, noodles, manchurian, chilli chicken, etc.) Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation Oversee kitchen operations during assigned shifts Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of ingredients Maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per FSSAI standards Work with the team to develop new recipes and specials Monitor food wastage and control costs Ensure timely food preparation and service Requirements: Proven experience as a chef specializing in North Indian and Chinese cuisine Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations Ability to work in a team and handle pressure during peak hours Good communication and organizational skills Experience with Tandoor cooking is a plus Culinary diploma or certification is preferred but not mandatory
