Key Responsibilities: Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, oversee seating arrangements, and ensure guests' needs are anticipated and met promptly. Team Leadership: Supervise and guide wait staff and bussers, delegate tasks, and ensure efficient teamwork and communication. Order Coordination: Assist with taking orders when necessary and ensure accuracy in relaying orders to the kitchen and bar. Quality Control: Monitor food presentation and service standards to maintain the restaurant’s quality and reputation. Problem Resolution: Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction. Opening/Closing Duties: Assist with setting up the dining area before service and closing duties afterward. Training: Help train new front-of-house staff on service standards, procedures, and restaurant policies. Cleanliness and Safety: Ensure that the dining area, stations, and restrooms are clean and comply with health and safety regulations. Qualifications:Previous experience as a waiter/waitress, senior server, or similar role preferred. Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
