Job Description

Guest and order management Greet guests: Welcome customers, show them to their tables, and present menus. Take orders: Accurately record food and drink orders, and communicate them to the kitchen staff. Answer questions and make recommendations: Be knowledgeable about the menu to answer questions and suggest specials or popular items. Handle special requests: Take note of any dietary needs or special requests and ensure they are communicated to the kitchen. Food and drink service Deliver orders: Serve food and drinks to tables promptly and correctly. Check on guests: Throughout the meal, check back with customers to ensure they are satisfied. Run food: Bring prepared dishes from the kitchen to the customers. Table and area maintenance Set and clear tables: Prepare tables for new guests by setting linens, silverware, and glassware. Clear tables after guests have finished. Maintain cleanliness: Keep the dining area clean, organized, and tidy. Payment and billing Prepare and present checks: Create the bill when requested by the customer. Process payments: Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions
