Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will ensure guests have an excellent dining experience by providing high-quality service, taking orders accurately, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities: Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus, take food and beverage orders, and serve them promptly. Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set before each guest arrives. Communicate effectively with kitchen and cashier staff for smooth service. Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback politely and efficiently. Maintain knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and restaurant promotions. Process bills, accept payments, and provide correct change when required. Follow hygiene and safety standards as per restaurant policies. Assist in opening and closing duties, including table setup and cleaning. Requirements: Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar hospitality role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, punctuality, and good teamwork skills. Basic knowledge of food and beverages. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays. Salary As per experience and restaurant policy (can include tips or service charge).
