Job Description

Responsibilities: Greet customers politely and guide them to their tables. Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen. Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally. Ensure tables are always clean, organized, and properly set. Refill water, tissues, and assist customers during their meal. Coordinate with kitchen and counter staff for smooth service. Clear tables quickly after customers leave and reset them for the next guests. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the dining area. Follow restaurant service standards and instructions from the supervisor/manager. Help during restaurant closing — cleaning tables, stacking utensils, and organizing items. Requirements: Previous experience in restaurant service preferred (6 months – 1 year). Must be polite, well-behaved, and presentable. Should understand basic Hindi or Marathi (English not mandatory). Must be punctual, disciplined, and willing to learn. Should be able to work full-time from 1:00 PM to 11:30 PM. Team player with a positive and respectful attitude. Age: 18 years or above.
