Responsibilities: Assist the cook and kitchen staff in daily food preparation (cutting, cleaning, arranging ingredients). Wash and clean utensils, knives, chopping boards, and kitchen equipment properly after use. Maintain kitchen hygiene and cleanliness throughout the day. Help with parcel packing and plating during busy hours. Refill masalas, oil, rice, and other items when needed. Keep shelves, racks, and floor clean and organized. Dispose of waste properly and maintain cleanliness in the washing area. Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing kitchen stock or supplies. Follow the cook’s and supervisor’s instructions carefully. Help with end-of-day cleaning and kitchen closing. --- Requirements: Previous kitchen or hotel helper experience preferred (not mandatory). Must be clean, disciplined, and ready to do physical work. Should understand basic Hindi or Marathi. Full-time work: 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Should maintain personal hygiene and wear clean clothes. Age: 18 years or above. Must be respectful, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
