Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers promptly and courteously as they arrive.
  • Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations based on customer preferences.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
  • Serve food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any concerns.
  • Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
  • Follow the restaurant’s sequence of service standards.
  • Upsell specials, beverages, and desserts to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
  • Handle billing and payment processes accurately.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and pantry staff for timely service.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
  • Support team members during busy shifts or events.
  • Adhere to uniform and grooming standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
