Waiter - F & B Service

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and seat guests in a courteous manner.
• Present menus, take food & beverage orders accurately, and serve promptly.
• Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and well-maintained.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth and timely service.
• Assist in buffet setups, banquets, and special events.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in service areas.
• Handle guest requests and complaints politely and efficiently.
• Process billing and collect payments as required.
• Follow grooming, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Certificate in Hotel Management or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in F&B service is an advantage (freshers may also apply).
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹22,932.99 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kollam, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
