Waiter

Key Responsibilities1. Guest Service

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Present the menu, explain dishes, and make recommendations, particularly for Indian specialties.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, noting special dietary requirements or spice preferences.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely, professional manner.
• Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and address concerns promptly.

2. Knowledge & Menu Familiarity

• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including preparation methods, ingredients, and spice levels.
• Suggest food and beverage pairings, including traditional Indian accompaniments.
• Be aware of daily specials and promotions.

3. Service Standards

• Follow sequence of service and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and side stations.
• Assist in table setup and clearance as per restaurant guidelines.

4. Hygiene & Safety

• Follow personal grooming standards and dress code.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
• Handle glassware, cutlery, and crockery with care.

5. Teamwork & Coordination

• Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order delivery.
• Assist colleagues during peak hours.
• Report any guest complaints or service issues to the supervisor immediately.
• Handle billing and payment transactions accurately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
