Job Description

The Waiter/Waitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a friendly, professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat customers in a friendly and timely manner.
Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies).
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
Serve orders promptly and ensure all guests are satisfied with their meals and service.
Handle guest complaints professionally and report any major issues to the supervisor or manager.
Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
Process bills and handle cash or card payments accurately.
Follow all restaurant health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.

Job Types: Part-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
