Responsibilities: Assist the main cook/chef with food preparation (cutting, chopping, peeling vegetables, etc.). Wash and clean utensils, dishes, and kitchen equipment. Keep the kitchen area clean and organized. Help with storing food items properly (in fridge, pantry, etc.). Dispose of kitchen waste and maintain hygiene standards. Refill water, ingredients, and supplies as required. Support during meal preparation and service times. Follow hygiene, safety, and cleanliness protocols strictly. Perform other kitchen-related tasks as instructed by the chef or kitchen supervisor. Requirements: Basic knowledge of kitchen work and cleanliness. Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision. Physically fit and able to stand for long hours. Reliable, punctual, and hardworking. Prior experience in a kitchen environment is a plus (but not always required).
