Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test scenarios and report findings.
• Identify opportunities for automation of repetitive tasks.
• Contribute to the development of automation frameworks.
• Apply established processes and standards to ensure quality outcomes.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on Return on Experience (RoE).
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills to guide and influence stakeholders in a matrix organization.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to clarify requirements and convert them into actionable test plans, test cases, and execution strategies.
• Generate detailed test reports and share key results with relevant stakeholders.

Skills Required:

• Validation expertise
• Proficiency in Kubernetes
• Strong understanding of Microservices architecture
• Python programming skills
• Experience with Robot Framework (preferred)
