Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve complex network connectivity issues, satellite link degradation, and hardware/software faults, often remotely with technical support teams.

Antenna Alignment: Accurately align satellite antennas to maximize signal strength and minimize interference using specialized test equipment.

Networking Integration: Configure and manage network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls, VoIP) to integrate the VSAT link into the customer's Local Area Network (LAN) or Wide Area Network (WAN).

Documentation: Create and maintain detailed records, schematics, installation procedures, and maintenance reports.
