Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for a VR Gaming Attendant, located in Ludhiana. The VR Gaming Attendant will be responsible for assisting customers with VR gaming equipment, ensuring all devices are functioning correctly, providing support and guidance to enhance the user experience, and troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise. In addition, the role includes maintaining a clean and organized gaming area and staying updated with the latest VR gaming trends and technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience with VR gaming, gaming equipment, and understanding of gaming trends
• Technical skills for troubleshooting and maintaining VR hardware and software
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a flexible timing in-person.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Passion for virtual reality and gaming
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Ability to work well in dynamic teams, as well as independently
