VP, Workday Security Solution Architect

As a highly skilled Workday Security Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure and compliant Workday security frameworks. Your focus will be on hands-on configuration, technical design, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure that Workday security aligns with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Provide subject matter expertise on Workday security frameworks, including domain and business process security policies, security groups, and user access management. - Support Workday security architecture reviews and contribute technical recommendations to enhance security posture. - Collaborate with HR, Global Cyber Security, Global Technology Services, and Compliance teams to define and refine access controls, user provisioning, and segregation of duties. - Execute security configuration changes and maintain documentation for architecture, policies, and procedures. - Conduct audits and risk assessments under the guidance of the Compliance Lead, ensuring adherence to internal and external compliance standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR). - Participate in Workday releases, enhancements, and integrations, ensuring security considerations are addressed. - Provide mentorship and technical guidance to Workday security professionals. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, or related field (master's preferred). - 7+ years of experience in Workday, with at least 3 years focused on Workday security architecture. - Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR). - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Workday certifications (e.g., Workday Pro in Security) are a plus.
