Role Overview: As a Digital Solutions Strategist, your main responsibility will be to strategize, ideate, and conceptualize innovative digital solutions to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. You will be tasked with reimagining current service offerings through technology and process re-engineering, as well as identifying and automating manual processes. Your role will involve staying updated on market solutions and tools and leveraging technology to drive business objectives. You will be responsible for problem-solving, solution identification, and collaborating with various functions to implement digital solutions effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Reimagine service delivery: - Identify inefficient processes and process steps - Quantify value proposition and ideal way of delivery - Contrast current ways to ideal way and identify improvements - Conduct pilots of reimagined value delivery methods - Digitize operation: - Work with delivery and support team to identify digitization opportunities - Analyze processes and identify opportunities to digitize - Develop business cases and secure management sponsorship - Scope projects and prove desirability through pilots Qualifications Required: - Strong background in enterprise technology solutions and tools - Proficiency in new age developments such as machine learning, AI (including Generative AI) - Blend of technology and business skills - Ability to collaborate effectively - Proven experience working in an unstructured environment Additional Company Details: The company is looking for candidates with at least 7+ years of experience in technology-related business analysis and solution evaluation roles.
