VP - Tech lab

As a Digital Solutions Strategist in this role, you will be responsible for strategizing, ideating, and conceptualizing innovative digital solutions to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. Your primary focus will be on leveraging digitization to reimagine current service delivery methods through technology and process re-engineering. By identifying inefficient processes, quantifying value propositions, and contrasting current practices with ideal methods, you will lead the transformation of service delivery. Additionally, you will collaborate with various functions to select digital solutions that drive scale, impact, speed, and quality within the organization's business context. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying inefficient processes and steps in service delivery - Quantifying value propositions and optimizing delivery methods - Contrasting current practices with ideal methods and implementing improvements - Leading pilot projects to test and refine reimagined delivery methods - Collaborating with delivery and support teams to identify opportunities for digitization - Analyzing processes to identify digitization opportunities - Developing business cases and securing management sponsorship - Scoping projects and conducting pilot tests to validate desirability To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in enterprise technology solutions and tools, with a deep understanding of advancements in machine learning, AI, including Generative AI. You should possess a blend of technical and business skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with others in an unstructured environment. Ideal candidates for this position should have a minimum of 7+ years of experience in technology-related business analysis and solution evaluation. Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills are essential, along with the ability to align AI initiatives with business goals and deliver measurable outcomes. Education requirements for this position include a master's or bachelor's degree from a Tier 1 institute.
