VP Structured Finance Sales & Syndication

As a structured financing professional, you will be responsible for originating and syndicating structured financing opportunities in the wholesale lending space, focusing on secured transactions. Your role will involve syndicating structured debt deals to various entities such as offshore funds, AIFs, NBFCs, banks, and wealth platforms. You will need to develop and implement syndication strategies to ensure successful placement of transactions. In deal structuring and execution, you will be required to create innovative financing solutions that meet the needs of both borrowers and investors. This will involve conducting thorough credit evaluations and financial analyses to establish an investment thesis. You will present investment proposals to internal committees and external investors, negotiate terms, and oversee transactions from start to finish. Building and maintaining strong relationships with institutional investors, private credit funds, family offices, and other key stakeholders will be a crucial aspect of your role in investor and client relationship management. You will engage with CFOs, treasury heads, and promoters to tailor financing solutions to their requirements and maintain an active investor pipeline for deal distribution. Your responsibilities will also include staying informed about market trends, credit risk appetite, and investor preferences to develop insights that drive new opportunities. You should possess 8-12 years of experience in private credit, structured finance, debt syndication, or corporate banking, with a deep understanding of structured credit, securitization, and high-yield debt markets. Experience in originating and distributing structured debt products to institutional investors is essential, along with a track record of closing complex transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling, credit analysis, and negotiation skills, with a preference for a CA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification. Preferred attributes include established relationships with private credit funds, banks, AIFs, and NBFCs, a solid understanding of RBI regulations and credit risk frameworks, as well as excellent communication and deal-making abilities.,
