VP, Remediation Coordination Leader

As the VP, Remediation Coordination Leader at Synchrony, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of consumer remediations within a specific business function. Your role involves leading a team of Functional Remediation Coordinators (FRCs) to ensure the effective and timely completion of remediations in accordance with established policies and procedures. You will play a crucial role in driving a culture of continuous improvement, guiding the function through significant changes, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will include managing and leading the FRC team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, guiding the function through change, assigning work based on expertise and priorities, maintaining transparent stakeholder communication, serving as the first point of escalation, developing a high-performing team, resolving competing priorities, and contributing to the overall remediation strategy. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in business management or related discipline with at least 4 years of consumer servicing leadership experience. Additionally, you should have experience in leading strategic initiatives, working in a heavily regulated financial services environment, and possess strong communication, leadership, and influencing skills. Flexibility for in-person engagement activities and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are also essential.
