VP of Product Development

You will be responsible for leading software development and ensuring the flow of value to customers and the business. This includes driving the technical roadmap for continuous delivery in alignment with product owners and Heads of Business Lines. You will collaborate with Product Management, Development, Test, UX, and Architecture teams to manage the delivery of product Roadmaps. Additionally, you will oversee the software development cycle from planning to maintenance, ensuring high-quality software development by handling scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Hiring and training software engineers to meet project requirements will also be part of your responsibilities.
