W Health Ventures has set up India's first healthcare-focused Venture Studio called 2070 Healthan innovation platform that builds transformative healthcare companies from scratch by discovering disruptive opportunities. Distinct from the accelerator approach, our venture studio is closely involved in idea generation, day-to-day operations, and strategic decisions of growing the new venture. Companies incubated in the last 24 months include Elevate Now, Nivaan Care, Reveal Healthtech, BabyMD, and Everhope Oncology. This role is with out next stealth venture that we are building in Preventive Health.

This company combines software, operations, and physical fulfillment to deliver preventive and chronic care through clinics. This is an ops-heavy business where cash, margins, and trust matter.

Why this role exists

Growth breaks fast without financial discipline. Especially with inventory, payouts, and working capital in the mix. We want to build control early.We're hiring a VP Finance to do exactly that. This is a founding role and part of the company's leadership team. You'll shape how the business scales.

What You'll Own

• Pricing and margin discipline
• Procurement and vendor commercials
• Inventory planning
• Doctor payouts and settlements
• Working capital forecasting
• Compliance and audit readiness

• Margins hold as volume grows
• Cash stays under control
• Low stock-outs and wastage
• Clean and timely settlements
  

Experience That Helps

• :8-15 years of finance experience
• Ops-heavy or inventory-linked businesses
• Strong grasp of pricing, margins, and cash cycles
• Experience with GST, TDS, and Indian compliance
• Startup or scale-up experience is useful
