Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Management

  :

• Oversee daily operations across hospitals, diagnostic labs, dialysis centers, and government healthcare initiatives.
• Drive process improvements to enhance patient care, reduce costs, and improve turnaround times.

• Supply Chain & Procurement

  :

• Lead procurement of medical equipment, consumables, pharmaceuticals, and dialysis supplies.
• Establish vendor partnerships and negotiate contracts ensuring cost efficiency and quality.
• Implement robust supply chain strategies to avoid shortages and ensure timely delivery.

• Government & Public Health Projects

  :

• Manage large-scale healthcare projects in collaboration with government agencies.
• Ensure compliance with tendering processes, public procurement norms, and regulatory standards.

• Strategic Leadership

  :

• Align operational strategies with organizational goals and healthcare outcomes.
• Drive digital transformation in supply chain and operations using ERP and analytics tools.

• Compliance & Risk Management

  :

• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and government project guidelines.
• Mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions, vendor reliability, and regulatory changes.

• Team Leadership

• Mentor senior managers across operations, procurement, and supply chain.
• Build a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in

  Healthcare Administration, Business, Healthcare and Hospital Management, SCM, or related field

  .
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, supply chain, and procurement.
• Proven track record in

  Diagnostics, Hospitals, Dialysis, and Government Healthcare Projects

  .
• Certifications such as

  CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional)

  or

  CMRP (Certified Materials & Resource Professional)

  preferred.
