We’re seeking experienced developers who can guide junior and mid-level engineers with wisdom, not ego. You should be comfortable mentoring across areas like software architecture, production readiness, and technical planning.

You should:

• Know how to choose the right tools for business goals

What You'll Do

• Support dev teams via strategic mentorship and code reviews
• Help define architectural and tooling choices
• Guide thinking around release readiness and scalable systems
• Occasionally join planning or milestone reviews
• Work closely with our CEO and tech leadership team
