Who We're Looking For We’re seeking experienced developers who can guide junior and mid-level engineers with wisdom, not ego. You should be comfortable mentoring across areas like software architecture, production readiness, and technical planning. You should: Have hands-on experience with Java , Flutter , or React.js Understand monolithic systems and how to grow them strategically Be fluent in e-commerce development workflows Know how to choose the right tools for business goals Be calm, curious, and serious about your impact Prefer teaching , listening , and architecting over speed Why Volunteer With Us?
