Role Descripti

on This is a full-time on-site role for a Voice Support - Fresher (Night Shift) located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The primary responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing customer queries, providing product information, and resolving issues. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining customer records and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
