Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Executive (CCE) with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in an International BPO for our Voice Support Executive role. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional communication skills, adept at handling customer inquiries, and committed to delivering top-notch service. Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in an International BPO specifically in Voice Process. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Willingness to work in rotational shifts. - Graduation is a mandatory qualification. - The working schedule comprises 5 days a week. - The company provides a one-way cab facility for commute.
