Voice Process Vendor Support

As a Voice Process Vendor Support Executive at Webtter Internet Solutions, you will be responsible for providing support to vendors by handling calls, resolving issues, and ensuring effective communication between the company and vendors. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from vendors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. - Maintain accurate records of all interactions with vendors. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of vendor issues. - Conduct follow-ups with vendors to ensure satisfaction and compliance with processes. - Meet service levels and deadlines as required. Skills & Qualifications: - Experience: 1-2 years in customer support or vendor management, particularly in a voice process environment. - Communication: Proficient in verbal communication and telephone etiquette. - Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and address issues efficiently. - Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office. - Time Management: Capable of efficiently handling multiple tasks. Preferred Qualifications: - Education: High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred). - Language: Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is advantageous. - Experience: Previous experience in a call center or vendor support role is preferred. Please note that this is a full-time position with day shift hours. The work location is in Udaipur, Rajasthan, and you should be prepared to commute or relocate to this area before starting work.
