Handle inbound/outbound international calls

Communicate fluently in English with a professional tone

Maintain high call quality and customer satisfaction.

✅ Data Entry & CRM

Accurately document call details and interactions

Update CRM systems with relevant info.

✅ Product Knowledge

Stay up to date with client services and policies

Deliver accurate and helpful customer information.

✅ Performance

Meet KPIs: Call Quality, AHT, FCR, etc.

Follow shift timings and break schedules.
