Position/Job Title: Voice Process (International Customer Support) Location/Budget : Gurugram - 35k TH / Kolkata - 25k TH Work Mode: Work from Office (5 days/week) Shifts: General or UK Shift Experience: 3 months to 2 years ( in International Voice Customer Support – BPO background) Qualification: Only Graduates (10+3 and diploma cases will not be considered) Process Type: International Voice Process Notice Period: Immediate to 10 days (Expected DOJ - July 7th 2025) Communication Skills: Must be excellent Interview Rounds: • HR screening • Versant (cut-off: 5.5 and above) • Operations Manager round Important Notes: A virtual drive is scheduled from 16th to 20th June 2025, between 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM daily.
