Job Summary:

Voice Process Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Handle
inbound and outbound calls
with customers in
English, Tamil, and Hindi
.
Promote and explain
nutrition and supplement products
effectively.
Address customer queries and provide accurate, timely solutions.
Record customer interactions and update CRM systems.
Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience:
6 months to 1 year in a
voice process / customer service
role.
Languages:
Proficiency in
English, Tamil, and Hindi
(speak, read, and write) is
mandatory
.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Target-oriented, energetic, and customer-driven personality.
