Job Overview:
We are hiring Customer Success Associates for our outbound insurance process. The role involves contacting interested leads and providing advice on suitable insurance products.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Contacting and advising leads on appropriate insurance plans
Explaining product features and benefits clearly
Maintaining excellent customer interaction and experience
Achieving daily/weekly targets
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi
No MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) or RTI (Regional Tone Influence)
Clear pronunciation and strong grammar
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate from any field
Open to freshers and experienced candidates
Preferred: Candidates with insurance experience and a strong sales acumen
Languages Required:
English
Hindi
Salary Details:
Freshers: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 CTC
Experienced: Up to ₹29,000 CTC
Work Schedule:
Shift: Rotational
Females: Day shift (up to 8 PM)
Males: Full rotational shifts
Working Days: 6 days/week
