Job Summary

We are hiring Voice Process Executives for our Nagercoil office. The role involves calling and interacting with research scholars and clients, explaining PhD assistance and research services, and maintaining proper follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound calls (voice process).
• Explain company services to research scholars and clients.
• Maintain follow-up records and update client status in CRM.
• Build and maintain good client relationships.
• Support the business development and operations team.

Requirements

• Good communication in Tamil & English.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Excel / Email).
• Confident, positive attitude, and willing to learn.
• Freshers are welcome – training provided.
