Our team works with students from India and abroad to help them understand program details and make informed academic decisions.

Role Overview

We are hiring Academic Counsellors for our International Voice Process. This role involves speaking with prospective students over phone calls, providing program information, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clear and accurate information about available academic programs.
• Maintain records of interactions and update the CRM regularly.
• Follow up with leads and assist them through the admissions cycle.
• Coordinate with internal teams when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
• Basic computer skills and ability to work with CRM tools.
• Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented environment.
