Duties and Responsibilities •
Should also be familiar with voice process, so that employee should outcall the customer whenever required or attend the calls from the customers.
• Determines requirements by working with customers.
• Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
• Fulfillsrequests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions 6 Days Working 1 Rotational week off & Rotational Shift. Looking out for Freshers / Experience.
