Job Description

As a Voice Process Executive at our Infopark, Kochi location, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and providing technical support via email and chat in a timely and professional manner. Your role will involve guiding customers through step-by-step solutions clearly and patiently to ensure complete understanding and satisfaction. It will be essential for you to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints, including actions taken, and follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues have been resolved satisfactorily. Additionally, you will be expected to participate actively in ongoing training programs to enhance your technical knowledge and customer service skills. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Degree in any discipline, basic technical skills, and fluent English communication skills. Freshers with excellent English communication or candidates with prior customer support (L1) experience are encouraged to apply. You should also be flexible to work under rotational shifts, primarily night shifts. In this role, you can benefit from Provident Fund, performance bonuses, and yearly bonuses. The work schedule will be Monday to Friday, with night shifts and US shifts. If you meet the educational qualifications of being a Higher Secondary (12th Pass) and have proficiency in the English language, particularly for night shifts, we encourage you to apply for this job.,
