Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Voice Process associate located in Chennai. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries effectively, providing excellent customer support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The candidate will also collaborate with team members to improve business processes and participate in training initiatives to enhance skills and performance.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with customers and address their needs
Analytical Skills with a focus on problem-solving and identifying improvements in processes
Experience or knowledge in Business Process Improvement
Capability to effectively support and contribute to team training activities
Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, with additional language skills as a bonus
Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Prior experience in a voice process or any customer-facing role is an advantage
