Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Voice Network Engineer based in Chennai. The Voice Network Engineer will design, implement, and maintain voice and data networks. Responsibilities include managing Voice over IP (VoIP) systems, troubleshooting network issues, ensuring network security, and administering efficient network operations. The role involves collaborating with IT teams and other stakeholders to ensure seamless connectivity and communication infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Network Engineering and Network Administration
• Proficiency in troubleshooting network and connectivity issues
• Experience with Voice over IP (VoIP) systems
• Knowledge of Network Security principles and practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai and collaborate effectively with teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are advantageous
