Job Description

The job involves preparing service reports by gathering and evaluating customer information. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, clarifying desired information, and providing resolutions. It is important to handle customer inquiries professionally, resolve issues, and impart information about the services effectively. Analyzing customer concerns, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions are key aspects of this role. You must adhere to call scripts, guidelines, and company protocols to maintain consistency and comply with policies. Collaborating with colleagues, supervisors, and other departments to resolve complex issues or escalate problems when necessary is essential. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with good convincing skills and proficiency in MS Excel. Flexible availability for rotational shifts, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills, is required. A self-motivated individual with at least 1 year of work experience is preferred for this role. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including food provision, health insurance, and Provident Fund. The work schedule involves night shifts with a shift allowance. The work location is in-person.,
