Job Description (Key Accountabilities) Prepares service report by collecting and analyzing customer information. Answers queries by clarifying desired information, researching, locating and providing resolution. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about the services in a professional manner. Analyze customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and work towards timely and satisfactory resolutions. Adhere to call scripts, guidelines, and protocols provided by the company to maintain consistency and compliance with company policies. Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and other departments to resolve complex issues or escalate problems as needed. Qualification Any Graduate Need to have good convincing skills. Proficient in MS Excel Flexible to work under rotational shift. Excellent verbal & written communication.
