Vocational Trainer - South Delhi

Job Purpose:

To deliver vocational training in to students/trainees, ensuring they acquire the required theoretical knowledge and practical skills in line with curriculum guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality training sessions as per the prescribed curriculum and schedule.
• Facilitate hands-on learning experiences using real or simulated equipment/tools.
• Assess trainees through practical demonstrations, assignments, and tests.
• Provide career guidance, counseling, and mentorship to trainees.
• Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.
• Ensure training infrastructure, tools, and equipment are used safely and effectively.
• Coordinate with industry partners for internships, guest lectures, and placement support.
• Participate in trainer upskilling programs and stay updated on industry trends.
• Support in mobilization and awareness activities, if required..
