JD:

Good communication with all stakeholders and manage escalations.
VMware Horizon 7.x and 8.x
UAG basics
App volume basics
DEM / UEM basics
Workspace One basics
Windows Server 2012,2016 and 2019 server
Windows Desktop OS platform
knowledge on diagnostics & troubleshooting of VMware Horizon View.
Perform root cause analysis.
Installation/Configuration/Managing of Horizon View Farms and Pools
Deploy/Configure/Manage Instant-Clone, RDS Desktops
Building parent Image for Customer as per their terms.
Updating Base image to VDI image and optimization
Configuration/Scale of Desktop pool with required number of VDIs

Mandatory Skills: Vmware VDI .
