VMware VCF Support (L3)

Role Overview: As a VMware VCF Support (L3) specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing expert-level technical support for VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF). Your responsibilities will include resolving complex customer issues, performing in-depth troubleshooting and analysis of VCF components, collaborating with cross-functional teams and customers, creating detailed documentation, and participating in proactive measures to enhance VCF stability and performance. Key Responsibilities: - Provide expert-level technical support for VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) to resolve complex customer issues. - Perform in-depth troubleshooting and analysis of VCF components such as vSphere, NSX, YSAN, and SDDC Manager. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to deliver timely solutions and ensure customer satisfaction. - Create and maintain detailed documentation, including troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles. - Participate in the development and execution of proactive measures to enhance VCF stability and performance. - Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for critical incidents and implement preventive measures. - Mentor and assist junior support engineers, providing guidance on technical issues and best practices. - Engage with product development teams to report bugs, suggest enhancements, and contribute to product improvement. - Stay updated with the latest VMware technologies and certifications to maintain a high level of expertise. - Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for VCF-related queries, both internally and externally, contributing to the overall success of the support team. Qualifications: - Any Graduate Additional Details: The job location is CBD Belapur. The candidate should have a total experience of 8+ years in VMware cloud. Certification in VMware certified professional/ Advance professional in Data centre/ Cloud / Network is required. The shift timing is 24*7 rotational. The salary offered is as per industry standards.
