Role Overview: As a VMware System Admin [L1] with 2 to 4 years of experience, your role will involve providing System Admin Support Services to enhance service quality for business users. You will be responsible for installing and administering VMware solutions, defining multiple VMs on single hosts, supporting Windows and Linux OS on VMware, addressing incidents related to VMs, working on patching and RFCs, coordinating with other technical teams to address performance issues, proactively handling alerts, and ensuring timely closure of tickets.
