Job Description

As an experienced IT Infrastructure professional with hands-on experience in enterprise VDI solutions, including Omnissa Horizon product suite, Omnissa workspaceone Access, Omnissa DEM, 3rd party IDM integration, and supporting VMware/Microsoft technologies, you will play a crucial role in designing and maintaining hybrid cloud architectures. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and troubleshooting Omnissa Horizon versions, ESXi, vSphere, and cloud platforms, as well as utilizing log analysis and scripting skills for automation. Key Responsibilities: - Deployment of Horizon infrastructure in large environments - Creating High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), and solution documents - Troubleshooting user-level issues within the Horizon Suite - Utilizing TCP/IP knowledge for LAN technologies such as network switching, routing, and DNS - Administering and troubleshooting Windows Server environments - Managing Hyper converged infrastructure Qualifications Required: - Minimum 8 years of experience in IT Infrastructure with a focus on VMware Enterprise Products and EUC Horizon - 4+ years of hands-on experience with Omnissa Horizon - Preferred certifications: VMware VCAP/VCIX (Desktop & Mobility), AWS/Azure Architect, Omnissa Horizon - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Proficiency in English, both verbal and written - Ability to work collaboratively with senior team members, conduct technical sessions, and mentor junior team members - Commitment to achieving high levels of customer satisfaction - Willingness to work US and UK shifts, including night shifts on a rotational basis In addition to technical skills, soft skills such as excellent communication, report writing, analytical problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to continually learn are essential for success in this role. A degree in Engineering, Diploma, BSC, MCA, or MCM with IT specialization is required to qualify for this position.,
