We are looking for a skilled VMC Setter to join our dynamic team in Ganapathy, Coimbatore. Job Responsibilities: Set up and operate Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) according to job specifications. Read and interpret engineering drawings, CNC programs, and process sheets. Perform job setting, tool selection, and tool offset adjustments. Conduct in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments Ensure components meet dimensional and surface finish requirements. Troubleshoot basic machine and tooling issues. Maintain production records and ensure timely completion of tasks. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment. Candidate Requirements: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related trade. 2 to 15 years of hands-on experience as a VMC Setter in a machine shop. Strong knowledge of CNC programming (basic understanding preferred). Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain quality standards. Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
