The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of machining processes, team coordination, and equipment maintenance, with added advantage for those having knowledge in VMC and CNC machine settings. Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage the machine shop team, including operators and technicians. Oversee production activities, ensuring adherence to quality, timelines, and efficiency standards. Coordinate and plan job schedules to meet customer and internal delivery requirements. Ensure proper usage and maintenance of machining equipment including lathes, milling machines, VMCs, and CNCs. Troubleshoot machining and production issues in real time.
