Job Title: VMC Setter Programmer cum Operator Work Location: Ghaziabad Experience: 2+ years Qualification: 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma / BE Location: Ghaziabad Gender: Male Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and skilled VMC (Vertical Machining Center) Operator cum Programmer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of hands-on experience in setting, operating, and programming VMC machines. A strong understanding of machining processes, tool selection, and G-code programming is essential. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate VMC machines according to job orders and technical drawings. Develop and edit CNC programs using G-code or CAM software. Perform tool setting, work offset setting, and part inspection. Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Ensure precision and quality in every job as per drawing tolerances. Troubleshoot issues with machines or programs to ensure smooth operations. Perform routine maintenance and ensure machine cleanliness. Maintain records of job setups, production runs, and inspection results.
