Job Description

VMC Machine Operator

Work Location Dobbespet, Bangalore

Roles and Responsibilities

Operate VMC machine to produce high-quality parts with minimal errors.
Program the machine using Fanuc control system, ensuring accurate cutting tools selection and optimal machining parameters.
Monitor machine performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve overall production efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-6 years of experience operating VMC machines in an industrial setting (turning & milling).
Diploma or ITI degree in Mechanical or related field; knowledge of CNC programming languages preferred.
Proficiency in Fanuc control system operation and maintenance; ability to troubleshoot common problems independently.
